We follow a detailed process and keep you informed at every stage for a seamless experience.
Step 1: Select and Send Your Products, Ideas, and Colors
Once you’ve completed checkout, one of our team members will reach out to confirm your logo colors, placement, and preferred decoration method. This person will be your go-to contact throughout the entire process, ready to assist with anything you need.


Step 2: We Create a Digital Proof of your logo
Our skilled design team will create a digital mockup of your design, showing how it will appear on your selected products. We’ll send it to you for review and approval.
Step 3: Approve Your Digital Proof
Take a look at your digital proof. If everything looks perfect, simply approve it, and we’ll move forward with production. Need adjustments? No problem! We’ll work with you to make it just right. Quick approvals help us avoid delays, so don’t hesitate to share your feedback.


Step 4: We Customize Your Apparel
This is where the magic happens! Your design is carefully applied to your selected products during production, turning them into the custom merch you’ve been waiting for.
Step 5: Pickup or Shipping – Your Order is on Its Way!
Once your order is complete, we’ll ship it directly to you. If you’re local to Clinton, Iowa, you can also choose in-person pickup. You’ll receive an email with tracking information so you’ll know exactly when your order will arrive.
