We take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our return policy below for screenprinting, embroidery, and promotional items:

: Due to the personalized nature of screenprinted, embroidered, and promotional products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective, damaged, or there was an error on our part in processing your order.

: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

: If there is an error with your order (wrong size, design, or item), please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will review the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or adjustment to your order.

: As all apparel is custom made, please refer to the size chart provided on our website before ordering. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, so we encourage you to double-check measurements before confirming your order.

: As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for changes of mind or order cancellations once production has started. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the production process begins.

: Shipping costs for returned items due to defects or errors on our part will be covered by us. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

: For promotional products (non-apparel items), we cannot accept returns unless the products are defective or were incorrectly manufactured. Please inspect your promotional items upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

Order Cancellation Before Production:

Order cancellations may incur design fees ($150) and restocking fees (vary based on product type).  

Order Cancellation After Production Has Begun:

Once production has started (this includes screen printing, embroidery, or any customization), we are unable to accept cancellations. Custom items are made to order, and once work has commenced, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Custom Design Changes:

If you need to make changes to the design or details of your order before production begins, that’s totally fine! We will do our best to accommodate changes. However, once the design is finalized and production begins changes may not be possible. If requested within 24 hours of payment and approval, there may be fees associated for creating new screens, restocking garments and it may delay your ship by date.

Refunds:

Please reference our return policy for refunds.

Order Delays:

If there are delays on our end, such as production or shipping delays, you will be notified promptly, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Payment Forms

We accept the following types of payment:

• Credit card or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex)
• Checks - we accept digital copies of single signature checks. We will digitally deposit, saving you the cost of a stamp!
• ACH  - We will send a form to provide the required bank account information.
